Our Participation in Chingay 2015

Great news boys!

Our school will be taking part in Chingay 2015!
Some of you will be selected to be part of the grand event and more details will be provided later.

On top of that, our school will be making a total of 80,000 recycled flowers (made from used / recycled plastic bags) for the display on "We Love SG Flowers". These 80,000 flowers will be contributed by you guys, your parents and the teachers. All flowers are to be made from used/recycled plastic bags and strictly no new plastic bags are to be used to make the flowers. :)

You will be taught on how to make the flowers after your exams.

A Small Act of Kindness Which Goes a Long Way :)

The lovely boys and their Sharity Elephant Donations. :)

Whether it is a 50 cents donation or a $20 one, your kindness and generosity
will definitely goes a long way in helping the less
 fortunate children.
Most of us might never have a chance to interact with these children but it does not imply
that we should not extend our help to these group of people,
especially so when it is within our means :)

There are still a couple of you who have yet to submit your envelopes to me.

If you are not making any donation, kindly return the envelope and indicate on the envelope : "I am not donating" and let me have it by Friday (24 Oct).

Regards
Mrs Ng

School Year Book Order Form & Children's Day Celebrations

Dear boys,

If you would like to order the school Year Book, kindly bring $12 CASH (labeled used envelope), together with the reply slip and submit to me personally by Friday (26/9).

Please show your parents the Children's Day Celebrations letter.
School will end at 12.45 p.m on 2 Oct (Thur).
Please report in your PE attire, small bag, water bottle, stationery.

With exams around the corner, try to stay healthy and drink plenty of water.

For those who are easily distracted and have a tendency to distract others during lesson time, it's time to pull up your socks and stay more focused during this period as your teachers will be going through revision papers and corrections.

I had received feedback from other teachers and had also seen for myself on Tuesday that many of you were not serious during your EL & CL Oral Exams. Some of you were making a lot of noise while waiting for your turn while others were doing things which you were not supposed to be.

I hope this is the last time some of you will display such behaviour during an examination.

Thoughts

Dear boys,

I hope to do a closure since a recent joke about other pupils' mothers has went viral around the class.

I cannot comprehend why some of you had found the joke amusing, especially when it is about a person who is very dear to you.

Term 3 Feedback Forms

Dear boys,

Dear boys,

It has come to my attention that some of you have been bringing your ring files to school daily and some of you have been keeping your ring files in your school lockers.

I did a check with your subject teachers.
You are not required to bring your ring file to school unless you have been given specific instructions by your teachers to do so.

Once your teacher has checked the ring file, please bring it home so that they are more accessible when you need to revise through your work.

Do NOT keep them in your school lockers or under your tables.
